The World 100 2012 Washington DC conference and Study Tour closed on 18th May, and was, according to the feedback we have since had, a great success. Our thanks to all our speakers, sponsors, conference host, American University, and our study tour hosts: the University of Maryland, The White House Press Office, and The Chronicle of Higher Education.

We are currently planning next year's programme of events, including Japan, December 2012, as well as Lund for our main summer conference and York, 2013, for a seminar to celebrate their 50th anniversary. We look forward to any speaker ideas or events that you think might be of interest.
