In 2009-10 the members have identified the following study tours:

• USA (provisionally East Coast w100 institutions e.g. Harvard, MIT, Princeton, NYU, Boston autumn 2009) - full
• Finland (University of Helsinki) - 2010
• Asia (linked to proposed global w100 reputation conference)
• Hong Kong Conference, May 2010

Hong Kong conference

The members discussed holding this in April 2010 with speakers drawn from both academic and practitioner communities (commercial and HE sector). Delegate fees, travel etc will be additional to membership but discounts would be offered to research members. The support of the local universities is welcomed and this may reduce costs.
