Henriëtte van Oosterzee - Director of Communications

Henriëtte van Oosterzee has been Director of Communications at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) since 2012. In this role, she holds final responsibility for the university’s overall communications and marketing strategy and heads a team of more than 50 communications professionals.

Henriëtte has more than 20 years of experience in communications, having originally started her career as a consultant and communications adviser before moving on to various managerial positions at large-scale organisations across the Netherlands. Over the course of her career, she has built a solid reputation as a passionate leader with extensive experience in traditional and digital communications, public relations, branding, and strategic policy-making.
