Sarah has been a part of the THE World 100 Reputation Network team since 2013. She is responsible for managing the membership of the THE World 100 Reputation Network as well as organising conferences, study tours and other special events.
Rowen is a higher education consultant and insight professional with more than 7 years’ experience in the higher education sector.
Rowen leads on the World 100 Reputation Tracker and the World 100 annual research project.
Vicky is a passionate and innovative senior marketing professional with over 15 years of client relationship management experience and extensive understanding of market research, strategic marketing consultancy, and project delivery.
Vicky’s specialisms include customer journey mapping, persona development, and marketing and communications strategy. She has also delivered extensive marketing campaign activity, including ongoing student recruitment.
She has recently been elected as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is in the final stages of completing an online MBA with Warwick Business School.
