Continually making animpact on the world

UCL Global Engagement helps put UCL’s knowledge and ideas to work in the world. We use our expertise to facilitate and strengthen new and existing collaborations, driven by the belief that with the right mix of minds, anything is possible.

The Global Engagement (GE) team supports UCL’s academic and student communities in collaborating across borders and boundaries, enabling international impact for the greater good.

Working globally requires regional knowledge, expertise, and advice. To provide this effectively, GE structures its support based on seven regions: Africa and the Middle East, East Asia, Europe, Latin America, South Asia, North America, and South East Asia and Australasia.

In 2018 UCL launched its Cities Partnerships Programme; a cross-UCL initiative that supports, funds and promotes the work that UCL academics carry out with partners in global cities. The programme aims to develop sustainable, multidisciplinary research and teaching partnerships.
