The below terms and conditions relate to membership of The World 100 Reputation Network, a network of top global universities focused on reputation and managed by Times Higher Education.
WORLD 100 MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Membership is per institution. Each member institution may nominate several staff members who will represent his/her institution within the Network.
- Membership is open to any university placed in the World top 200 of the internationally recognised world rankings (THE, AWRU, QS & US News), or any university placed in the World top 100 of the THE Impact Rankings in the last three years. The World 100 committee may vote into membership a university deemed excellent globally with a strong international profile (eg single faculty institutions, small institutions, institutions that are leading the way in an understanding of reputation management).
- Members will nominate research topics and decide upon each year’s research project.
- Members must not pass on World 100 research or information developed for the network, or for its conferences, to any individual, any company, any member of the media or any institution outside its own membership university without prior agreement from the Head of The World 100 Reputation Network.
- The membership year runs from 1 October to 30 September.
- Member fees must be paid by 1 October or by the date of that year’s annual conference, whichever falls first.
- Delegates are responsible for their own insurance and healthcare during W100 events. The World 100 Network is not liable for the health, safety or welfare of delegates.
- The World 100 Reputation Network is managed by Times Higher Education, known formally as THE World Universities Insights Limited.

The World 100 reserves the right to modify and update this policy and its related business practices at any time.
