International Reputation Tracker pilot kicks off

Posted on Dec 18, 2019

The next W100 annual research project kicks off in January, with the launch of the first surveys for the International Reputation Tracker pilot.  Most W100 members are taking an active role in the project to develop new ways of measuring reputation internationally beyond the rankings.

The Tracker Pilot will survey five key audiences, with Member universities playing a key role in helping to engage their own staff, students and alumni to answer questions about the reputation of global universities.

W100 Research Manager has been in touch with members about the mechanics of running the research. We will shortly be publishing some Frequently Asked Questions to help universities

Meanwhile, results from the 2nd full year of the W100 UK Reputation Tracker, were shared at an annual Reputation Symposium hosted by King’s College London. The project has been tracking the reputation of UK universities with 12 audiences since 2017, with members increasingly using the data to measure performance and drive reputation and brand activity. A report of the discussions at the event can be read here.
