Wednesday 11 November 2020 - Melbourne Members' Day
Thursday 12 & Friday 13 November 2020 - Conference at The University of Melbourne
Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 November 2020 - The Sydney Experience (The University of Sydney & UNSW)

(10, 14 & 15 November are free days)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING

Conference tickets include full access to all conference sessions on 12th and 13th November, all meals during conference hours, conference materials, and access to copies of digital presentations for internal use.

Member tickets include additional access to pre-conference social events, including a members' dinner.

Tickets DO NOT include access to the study tours to Singapore or Sydney. 

One Study Tour place per member. Any available remaining places will be offered at a cost of £850 per person after 1 July 2020. A waiting list will operate.

Please budget for accommodation in Singapore/Sydney if you take part in one of the study tours, as well as travel costs. Study tour accommodation will be arranged by the W100 on your behalf as a group and you will be invoiced for this.

Please do not book flights until your place has been confirmed.

If you are registering on behalf of more than one person, please make a separate booking for each conference ticket.

VAT

UK delegates - VAT will be added

EU delegates - we will invoice without VAT if you provide your VAT number

ROW delegates - no VAT will be added

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All W100 members receive one free place at the conference.
  2. Additional member tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate of £750. Please register each delegate separately.
  3. Non-members must pay the full price of £900 to attend the conference. Non-members may wish to consider joining the Network to receive a free ticket and to take advantage of all other membership benefits.
  4. Please expect confirmation of your registration within 48 hours of submission. 
  5. We would like to include your email address on a delegate list which will be circulated to delegates during the conference. If you do not wish to share your email address then please select 'no' in the relevant section of the registration form. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. However, credit card is our preferred payment method. 
  2. All invoices will be in pounds sterling.
  3. An invoice will be emailed following registration. Payment is due on receipt of invoice. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance of the event (by 23/10/20) will incur a £100 cancellation fee. 
  2. Cancellations made 21 days or fewer (from 23/10/19) before the event will not be eligible for a refund. However, delegates can send another representative in their place. 
  3. All cancellations must be made in writing to Sarah Thomas at info@theworld100.com
